The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions on www.trendytadpoles.co.uk

  • All prices are shown in £ sterling and the only currency that we accept is £ sterling.
  • All products are subject to availability and may be changed at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund.
  • Delivery is free within the UK- we reserve the right to review this policy at anytime in the future, however any changes will be shown clearly on our website and all outstanding orders placed on the basis of "free delivery" will be honored as such.
  • We are currently not offering delivery outside the UK. Any change to this policy will be clearly noted on our website.
  • All orders must be paid for in full prior to despatch. Customers can pay by credit card (secure credit card payments powered by Worldpay) – we do not collect or store your credit/debit card details. Worldpay utilises the industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt all your personal information including debit or credit card number, name and address. The encryption process takes the characters you enter and converts them into bits of code that are then securely transmitted over the Internet.
  • Despatch will usually be within 2 working days of cleared payment, (usually on the same or next day). If we are unable to do this, we will let you know immediately. Goods are sent by post or UK Carrier, we always obtain proof of purchase, and a signature is sometimes required. Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase at any point from the time of ordering until seven working days after delivery. This must be done in writing, i.e. e-mail. You will then be allocated a returns number. If we have already shipped your order, you will need to package the relevant items and send them back to us at your expense, or make them available for collection by courier, again at your expense. If your order has not yet been shipped, but payment has been received, you will receive a full refund. In the event that your product is lost or damaged in transit please contact us by email. In the case of non-delivery please wait 7 days from the date of your order in case it has been delayed. In case of goods received faulty or damaged, please retain the product and contact us within 7 days of receipt, whereupon we will arrange for the item to be exchanged or provide a full refund. In the case of unwanted goods, customers should follow the procedure outlined in our "Returns" section.
  • We will endeavor to take all reasonable care, in so far as it possible to do so, to keep all details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering. All content included in this website, such as text, graphics, logos, icons, images and HTML, is the property of Trendy Tadpoles and/or its suppliers and partners. No items on this site may be reproduced, modified, distributed, transmitted, displayed, published or stored electronically without the expressed permission of the rightful copyright holder(s).
