  • How do I shop on your site? Please refer to our How to Shop page.
  • What is the delivery charge? Nothing! All orders delivered within the UK are free.
  • I live outside the UK, can you deliver to me? Not at the moment, but we are planning to introduce this service soon.
  • How long will my order take to get to me? All orders are sent out within 2 working days of order. We send packages through the post, either standard post with proof of postage, or registered mail. If you would like us to use a Next Day delivery service, please email us
  • How do I pay for my order? All orders placed on the website are paid through Worldpay. This is a secure credit/debit card payment facility. If you would like to pay us by cheque, please email us for more details BEFORE you place your order.
  • Why are your clothes so cheap – are they seconds? No, we never sell seconds, and if you ever receive a faulty item, it will be exchanged or refunded, (see our returns policy). The items are cheaper than you would see them in the shops because they are usually last season’s or surplus stock
  • How often do you change your stock? Our stock changes rapidly as we often only hold 2-3 items per size in stock and these items usually can’t be re-ordered, so when they’re gone, they’re gone! Please check back regularly for new additions, or join our mailing list for regular updates on new stock and special offers.
  • What if I order an item and it doesn’t fit or I don’t like it? You can return the item to us within 7 days of delivery, please refer to our Returns Policy for full details, as our returns procedure must be followed in order for an exchange or refund to be authorised.
  • Why do the clothes have cut, marked or removed labels? By law we have to ‘detag’ brand labels before we sell them so that they cannot be returned to the original manufacturer for a refund.
  • How can I tell that you have received my order? We will send you a confirmation email.
  • Why don’t you sell clothes in sizes above 5/6 years? We prefer to specialise in baby and toddler clothing. If the demand for older children’s clothing increases, we will expand our range further.
  • Is your site secure? It’s as secure as we can possibly make it. We never see your credit card details as all such payments are made through Worldpay.
  • How do you protect my privacy? Trendy Tadpoles do not share your information with any third party and we will only keep your email address if you give us your express permission. Please refer to our Privacy Policy page for full details.
